Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is looking for a Home Health Registered Nurse for our client in Centralia, WA !
Type: 2-month contract, with potential for extension
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm
Location: Coverage area: Lewis County
- Mileage be reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient.
Responsibilities:
- The contract RN provides skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders and the plan of care, ensuring high quality, patient centered care in the home setting.
- This role is responsible for completing ongoing assessments, and clinical documentation while coordinating care with the clinical team.
- Case manage patients, complete IDG notes, recerts, and discharges
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington
- Must have hospice experience
- Must have home health experience using HCHB
