Are you interested in biology, chemistry, computer science, information science, applied mathematics, and/or engineering? If so, an internship at the Institute for Systems Biology (ISB) might be a great opportunity for you. 

ISB, an internationally renowned non-profit research institute in Seattle, Washington, is dedicated to studying and applying systems biology to unravel biological complexity. The institute aims to decipher vast amounts of data to gain valuable insights and achieve breakthroughs across scientific disciplines. 

Key details about the research experiences at ISB include: 

• The program welcomes a diverse range of students, from current freshmen to seniors, with various backgrounds, career goals, and experiences. 

• Student interns will contribute 30-40 hours per week at the state-of-the-art research facility in Seattle, WA. 

• Interns will receive a stipend of at least $625 per week or equivalent hourly wages. 

• While ISB does not provide housing, some students may qualify for a housing stipend of $4200. Various housing options, including summer intern housing at UW, are available.
