Aerotek is hiring Construction Laborers for a large general contractor in Spokane Valley!

Position Overview:

• Lead a team on tilt-up and cast-in-place concrete projects
• Hands-on role requiring carpentry expertise and team leadership

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate carpenters and laborers
• Ensure formwork is built accurately and to specifications
• Oversee panel pouring, ensuring alignment with blueprints
• Maintain high safety, quality, and productivity standard

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of commercial construction experience
• Proficient in carpentry, formwork, and concrete construction
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Skilled in hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
